We're looking for a dynamic Freight Sales Representative to join our growing transportation team in Brampton, Ontario. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a proven sales track record, and are ready to make an impact, this could be the role for you!
What You'll Do
Prospect and acquire new clients shipping freight across Canada and the USA using innovative sales and marketing tools.
Serve as a consultant, building collaborative relationships and providing customer-focused transportation solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial acquisition to long-term account growth.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
Collaborate with Operations to identify new growth opportunities within client portfolios.
Apply diverse sales strategies to tailor solutions and foster lasting client relationships.
Drive business growth by delivering exceptional sales performance and client satisfaction.
What You Bring
2+ years of B2B sales experience (having a strong book of business is a plus).
Experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a results-driven environment.
Strong research, prospecting, and pipeline management skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in challenging situations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
