Server Cashier

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Cashier to join UDR indoor golf! This role involves providing exceptional customer service, accurately handling transactions, and serving drinks following sanitary standards. NO EXPERIENCE needed! Serving/cashier experience is a BONUS! Starting at $15.00/hour plus TIPS!

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems and process payments with cash handling skills.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and answering questions about the golf simulator as well as menu items.
• Set up golf simulators for customers.
• Answering phone calls to book rooms for customers as well as other inquiries.
• Ensure proper handling procedures are followed to maintain quality and safety.
• Ensure golf simulator rooms are clean and ready before customers arrive and after they are done playing.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins when full.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and order accuracy.

• Available on weekends & evenings
• Valid ProServe
