Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering safe and efficient work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, move, and stack materials.

• Transport materials to and from storage areas, machines, or loading docks.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or required maintenance.

• Accurately pick, pack, or stage orders as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and protocols at all times.

• Assist with general warehouse duties when required (e.g., inventory, cleanup, packaging).

Qualifications:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License/Certification (in good standing).

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience operating a counterbalance forklift.

• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
