Role Overview:
The Batching Plant Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring the batching plant to produce materials according to specified mix designs, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate batching plant equipment according to company standards.

• Monitor production quality and ensure accurate batching records.

• Coordinate dispatch of loads with site supervisors and drivers.

• Perform daily plant inspections and routine maintenance checks.

• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a batching plant operator (ready-mix/concrete industry preferred).

• Knowledge of mix designs and plant control systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Physically fit and safety-minded.
