Parts Manager – Medicine Hat Nissan

Medicine Hat Nissan is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. We are a customer-focused dealership, and we're looking for a motivated professional with strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure our team delivers outstanding service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage inventory control, ordering, and vendor relationships.

• Provide excellent support to our Service Department and retail customers.

• Develop and mentor team members to achieve department goals.

• Ensure profitability and growth of the Parts Department.

Qualifications:

• Experience required: Previous management or senior-level experience in an automotive parts department.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of Nissan parts and processes considered a major asset.

• Familiarity with PBS CRM/DMS system is a significant plus.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
