We are launching our CareExpress Program, a unique subscription-based service offering quick, task-focused visits across local communities.

You will assist clients with daily living activities and provide companionship, emotional support, and reliable care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver task-focused, short and quick visits that may include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, mobility assistance, and errands.
- Work within a subscription-based care model something fresh in the industry that gives families more choice and flexibility.
- Follow individualized care plans and document tasks completed during each visit using mobile scheduling tools.
- Maintain client dignity, respect, and safety in accordance with Ontario Health & Safety regulations and PHIPA privacy standards.
- Communicate promptly with supervisors about client needs, incidents, or schedule changes.
- Navigate your local community efficiently to provide care to multiple clients each day.
Key Requirements
- Completion of Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate, Health Care Aide.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (required).
- Mobility & Licensing:
- Must hold a valid Ontario drivers license (G class).
- Must have a reliable vehicle with up-to-date insurance
- Residency:
- Must live within a 15km radius of the Bells Corner area to ensure punctuality and minimize travel time.
- Language Skills:
- Bilingual (English & French) both verbal and written communication required.
- Experience:
- Previous caregiving or PSW experience in home care, long-term care, or community health is an asset.
- Other Requirements:
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
- Proof of up-to-date immunizations, including TB testing and COVID-19 vaccination.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
