Case Design/Remodeling is a trusted, highly successful company, and we are looking to grow! We already have a proven record of providing excellent services to our customers for over 20 years. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team and see how high Case Design/Remodeling can soar. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to bridge into a Project Consultant role.
The main focus of a Business Developer Representative is in the early stages of the sales process. Your goal is to generate and work with a steady stream of qualified leads and opportunities for Case Design/Remodeling.
Job Scope:
Identify potential new customers and business prospects through research, cold outreach, and networking
Work with leads who reach out directly to our receptionist about Case Design/Remodeling projects
Conduct outbound sales activities like cold calls, cold emails, and social selling to engage prospects
Qualify leads to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products/services
Meet and conduct demos with qualified prospects
Build relationships with potential customers and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales process
Developing presentations and contracts
Research target companies, industries, and decision makers to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies
Site visits
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of related industry experience preferred
Construction Industry Experience
A reliable vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Very comfortable in a sales role
Excellent research and prospecting skills
Self motivated
Familiar with sales processes and techniques
Highly organized with great time management skills
Ability to work autonomously
Comfortable using and learning new technology
Benefits of this role:
On target earnings up to $50,000
Work with and learn from seasoned sales professionals
In office Monday to Friday
