Are you a student currently enrolled in a technical course and are looking for a great opportunity to take on a termed co op? With Allnorth's multidisciplined team you'll have the opportunity to come in and see several different facets of Engineering, Construction services and Project Delivery. With offices all over the country, you'll get to gain a variety of experience both regionally and technically working along side some of the most talented individuals in the industry!

We're taking on students from the following disciplines:

  • Civil Engineering (as well as Geomatics, Survey Tech, Materials and Civil Tech Programs)
  • Electrical & Instrumentation (Electricians, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Techs)
  • Environmental Engineering or Environmental Tech
  • Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design (MET)
  • Process Engineering
  • Structural Engineering or CAD Design Programs
  • Millwright Apprentices
  • Pipefitting Apprentices
  • Power Engineering
  • Mining Engineering Technology
  • Materials Engineering Technology
  • Human Resources

Embark with us on an enriching journey as a co op student! Our co op program offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of Engineering Consulting and Industrial Projects. As a co op student, you'll work closely with seasoned professionals on diverse projects, from innovative infrastructure designs to sustainable environmental solutions. Engage in meaningful tasks, attend workshops and collaborate with a supported team dedicated to your growth. We strongly believe in nurturing talent and providing a platform for you apply your classroom knowledge to real-world challenges. Join us for a transformative co op that will shape your future in the Engineering and Construction industry!

What You'll Bring to the Team

Ideally, our students would come in with the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in one of the courses or apprenticeships listed above
  • Available for a minimum of 4 months
  • Strong willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
  • A love for the outdoors – these positions typically involve visits to site or field work depending on your program
  • Valid, clean drivers license is considered an asset
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous relevant experience would be considered an asset, but is not required
