Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.

  • Continuously learn new techniques and technologies in millwrighting.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Utilize pipelines to assess potential success in job functions.

  • Conduct inspections to ensure machinery operates efficiently.

  • Participate in performance reviews and set personal development goals.

  • Document maintenance activities and report on performance metrics.

  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

  • Assist in training new employees on equipment operation.

  • Maintain inventory of tools and equipment for millwright tasks.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in millwrighting or related mechanical field.

  • Red Seal Millwright Certified

  • Willingness to continuously learn new techniques and technologies.

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.

  • Skilled in conducting inspections and maintaining machinery efficiency.

  • Experience collaborating with team members to achieve targets.

  • Experience in training new employees on equipment operation.

  • Ability to document maintenance activities and performance metrics.

  • Commitment to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with inventory management for tools and equipment.
