Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary + Override Bonus
- (Potential Total Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 annually)

$100,000 - $150,00 Total Yearly Earnings
Responsibilities:- Prospect and engage potential real estate recruits through calls, social media, networking, and in-person meetings.
- Build and manage a talent pipeline, following up consistently to convert leads into hires.
- Interview, hire, train, and onboard new agents to ensure a smooth transition into our office.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute innovative recruiting and retention strategies.
- Host recruiting events and workshops to promote KW Empowered's culture and opportunities.
- Track performance metrics, set goals, and celebrate wins that contribute to company growth.
- Research competitor trends and identify ways to position Keller Williams Empowered as the brokerage of choice.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruiting (real estate experience preferred but not required).
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable transportation and a Driver's license
- Natural leadership qualities — you inspire confidence and action in others.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market.
