Receptionist/Administrative Clerk

Kaufmann Dockrill & Associates P.C a professional and established law firm in the Quinte Region is currently looking for a sophisticated administrative clerk to join their team.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

· Completion of high school plus a program/course in administration, secretarial, and/or record keeping.

· 6 months experience performing administrative, reception and record keeping duties in a large organization involving considerable public contact.

· Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills to effectively deal with the public while maintaining a professional image.

· Training and proficiency in the use of MS Office, Outlook, and phone systems

· Excellent written communication skills including above-average ability in composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

· Ability to concentrate and work accurately in a fast paced and noisy environment.

· Must maintain strict confidentiality, complete tasks accurately and within deadlines.

· Ability to work independently yet know when it is appropriate to seek guidance or feedback.

Salary is commensurate with experience, and maybe higher then posted range.

Hours of Work:

8:30 – 5:00 - Monday - Friday
