Northern Roads Auto Group is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, full-time Cleaning Specialist to join our work family. What Youll Do:
Youll be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleaning standards at both residential and commercial locations, including dealership and office facilities across the Niagara Region from Niagara-on-the-Lake to Thorold to Fort Erie. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities based on your proven track record of cleanliness and dependability for all tasks assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform deep, detailed cleaning (not just surface tidying).
  • Dust and wipe windowsills, baseboards, door frames, and light switches.
  • Sanitize cabinet doors, handles, and appliance surfaces.
  • Deep clean washrooms (vents, grout, mirrors, fixtures).
  • Vacuum and mop all floors, including corners and under furniture.
  • Wipe and dust dcor and display items.
  • Change bedding and maintain fresh, organized rooms.
  • Detail kitchen areas (backsplash, cabinets, small appliances, sinks)
  • Complete occasional deep-clean tasks (interior windows, walls, furniture).
  • Sanitize high-touch areas and showroom spaces.
  • Assist with errands (ie: groceries, supplies, mail).
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping (residential or commercial).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada (PR or citizen preferred; no sponsorship available).
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Valid G drivers licence and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple sites.
  • Long-term commitment and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to use discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
