OverviewThe Assembler is responsible for assembling Cata-Dyne heaters, as well as conduct other sub-assembly duties including but not limited to Flo-DRI Assembly and Enclosure Assembly.
Key Responsibilities· Assemble heaters and components according to work orders.
· Perform sub-assembly, including Enclosure Assembly.
· Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Work in a team environment and manage all products with appropriate care
Skills and Competencies· High regard for safety practices.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Able to work effectively with minimal direct supervision and self-motivated
. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
· Good listening skills and ability to follow directions.

· Quick learner with the ability to learn intermediate technical concepts and product applications.
· Comfortable working in a high-volume, results-driven environment.
Qualifications and Experience· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Experience using hand tools, power tools, and air tools.
· Good hand-eye coordination.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Familiarity with standard manufacturing processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
