Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and following up on leads.
Present and demonstrate CCTV/security solutions to potential clients.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts tailored to customer needs.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
Stay updated on the latest CCTV/security technologies, pricing, and competitors in the Winnipeg market.
Work closely with the installation/service team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and community networking activities to build brand awareness.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales (security systems, IT, or electronics industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of CCTV/IP cameras, NVR systems, and networking basics is an asset (training can be provided).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel to client sites required).
Working Conditions
Office and field-based sales role within Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends depending on client availability.
