Your Daily Drive Includes:

• Greeting customers with the same enthusiasm as a Mustang roaring to life

• Listening, advising, and helping customers steer through their service needs

• Translating technician notes into customer-friendly language (no wrench required!)

• Coordinating appointments and ensuring vehicles are ready to roll on time

• Delivering the exceptional experience Ford owners expect — every single time

You're a Perfect Fit If You:

• Are passionate about cars, customer service, and everything Ford

• Have 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-focused automotive role

• Can shift gears quickly and multitask like a pro

• Valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record

• Are a strong communicator who keeps things running in drive
