Home Support Worker - Cantonese Speaking

In this role, you'll help Cantonese-speaking older adults remain comfortable and independent at home by providing:

• Companionship and conversation (especially in Cantonese)

• Personal care support (toileting, showering, grooming, hygiene)

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Assistance with errands or appointments

• General support to promote safety and well-being

• Clear, simple documentation in English using our Care App (training provided)

• Must live in or near Richmond, BC

• Fluent in Cantonese and English (for communication and documentation)

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving or home support experience (preferred)

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (preferred but not mandatory)

• Able to pass a criminal background check

• CPR/First Aid and Food Safe are assets

• Flexible, part-time hours to suit your schedule

• Competitive hourly pay: $19.02–$21.47, based on experience
