Location: FFUN Motorsports Winnipeg East

What Youll Be Doing:
- Building real relationships (were talking long-term commitment here, not one-and-done transactions).
- Helping customers find the perfect fit by asking the right questionsand really listening.
- Creating a buying experience theyll never forget while showcasing world-class products (Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, and more).
- Matching their passion with yours: presenting, demoing, and upselling accessories like a pro.
- Owning your leads like a Mama Bear (seriously, protect them fiercely).
- Keeping the energy up, the music loud, and the experience unforgettable.
What Were Looking For:
- Sales experience? Greatbut not mandatory.
- Knowledge of marine, motorsports, or trailer products is a definite asset.
- Strong people skills (you know how to talk, connect, and make others feel at ease).
- Comfortable using social media, creating content, and promoting events.
- A creative, positive, FFUN-first attitude.

- Make the most of your floor time, meeting customers with energy and enthusiasm.
- Greet and serve every guest with genuine friendliness.
- Answer calls quickly and courteously.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and options with confidence.
- Cross-sell parts, accessories, warranties, and financing like a natural.
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
- Take pride in prepping and delivering vehicles with care.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Turn prospects into lifelong fans.
