Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems before they become serious issues.
• Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as necessary for repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair status.
• Assist in heavy lifting when required during the repair process or when moving equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Mechanic (2 or more years minimum experience) -references preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs or maintenance tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with automotive maintenance practices and procedures is essential.
