Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of general dental procedures, including exams, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and other restorative treatments.
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using dental practice management software.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and maintain a commitment to continuing education.
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid Alberta Dental License (required).
- Proven clinical experience and proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
