Job Details:
- Assist in lead research and data collection.
- Input and maintain lead data in CRM.
- Track status of lead progress in the sales pipeline.
- Create compelling sales materials tailored to clients.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports.
- Support proposal preparation with the applications engineering team
- Coordinate the process for opening quote numbers
- Handle customer inquiries and route appropriately when required
- Maintain accurate customer profiles.
- Analyze data for insights and recommendations.
- Implement improvements based on data.
- Generate routine sales and contract reports.
- Manage CRM usage and training for the sales team.
- Coordinate meetings and events for the sales team.
- Arrange travel for the sales team when required.
- Maintain organized contract records.
- Provide general administrative assistance to support sales and applications engineering functions
- Monitor contract expiration and renewal.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or issues with document content or organization
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales support, contract administration, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Pipedrive)
- Working knowledge and use of Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of sales processes
