ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve individual and Finance Office team targets on a consistent basis

Targets including but not limited to: monthly delivered vehicle volume, gross profit targets, products sold per contract, closing receivable accounts, minimize contracts in transit etc.

Work with ORAG approved lenders to secure financing, retrieve finance information, payout loans

Ensure all relevant documentation is completed in its entirety and without error

Position sales product relevant to customer needs and achieve monthly product sales goals

Establish methods and procedures to accomplish above planned objectives.

Ensure departmental processes are followed such as, complete documentation, ensuring all relevant information is communicated by and to appropriate individuals/colleagues

Must follow Company safety policies and practices. Immediately report any and all accidents to Sales Manager.

This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

A valid BC Drivers License with a good driving record.
