About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for servicing, training, educating, and selling to current and prospective accounts across British Columbia. You'll act as a trusted advisor, promoting product quality, delivering training sessions, identifying growth opportunities, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, promoting product quality, delivering training sessions, identifying growth opportunities, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, market conditions, and territory objectives
- Generate new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding long-term relationships with clients
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and customer training (in-person and virtual)
- Conduct installer training classes, lunch & learns, and webinars
- Plan and schedule customer visits to ensure effective territory coverage
- Maintain accurate reporting in CRM tools
- 5+ years' experience in industrial sales, automotive aftermarket, OEM equipment, or heavy-duty parts
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel 60-70% of the time (overnight travel required)
