THE ROLE: Our client is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Assistants to support their warehouse team in Burlington, ON. This is a 1-day temporary assignment on Saturday, September 12th, focused on counting, verifying, and organizing inventory within the small parts section of the facility in Burlington, ON. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on warehouse experience or earn some extra income. Previous warehouse or inventory experience is an asset but is not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately count and verify small parts inventory
• Record inventory quantities accurately
• Assist with organizing and labeling stock in designated areas
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies
• Work with team members to complete inventory counts within established timelines
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is an asset but not required
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the warehouse
• Ability to lift and handle items up to 40 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive counting and inventory tasks
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
