Fence Builder

Fanshaw Fence is seeking a motivated and reliable Skilled Fence Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fence installation and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for assisting in all stages of the fence-building process, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, to high quality standards, and safely. This is a physically demanding role that offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and installation of various types of fences, including wood, chain link, vinyl, and ornamental.

• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, organizing materials, and digging post holes.

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and construction materials.

• Mix and pour concrete for setting fence posts.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including impact guns and chainsaws.

• Work collaboratively with the site foreman and other team members to complete tasks.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including thorough site cleanup upon project completion.

• Adhere to all company safety protocols and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.

• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients when necessary.
