We are seeking a reliable and compassionate PSW to provide evening care 2 hours per day, up to seven days a week. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to a senior who is visually impaired and has mobility issues. You will work closely with the client in a private home.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with daily living activities such as feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Assist with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary.

Skills

• Experience in working with disabled clients is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in home care techniques and caregiving responsibilities.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Communication skills and caring attitude required
• CPR, Police Check, PSW certificate and liability insurance required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
