Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Oversee the client service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other departments to facilitate the smooth processing of client requests and claims.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for additional services and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client service or account management within the insurance sector.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of various insurance products and services.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
