Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Oversee the client service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other departments to facilitate the smooth processing of client requests and claims.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for additional services and improvements.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client service or account management within the insurance sector.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of various insurance products and services.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
