We are recruiting a building superintendent. Are you known for your excellent customer service and your ability to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently?

This position is for you.
Please note: This position does not include housing.
Your daily tasks:
-Perform general building maintenance (electricity, plumbing, ventilation, etc.)
-Repair plaster, paint, doors, locks, cabinets, etc.
-Participate in renovation and improvement projects for common areas
-Perform preventive maintenance follow-ups and document interventions
-Perform seasonal outdoor tasks (e.g., snow removal)
-Respond to technical emergencies outside of office hours, if necessary
Your profile:
-You are eligible to work in Canada
-3 years of experience in general building maintenance (or equivalent training)
-Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, and ventilation (HVAC) systems
-Excellent problem-solving skills and autonomy
-Comfortable interacting with tenants, you are positive, professional, and customer-oriented
-Organized, you know how to prioritize and manage your time effectively.

What we offer:
- Permanent, full-time position
- Competitive salary based on your experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Availability required for emergencies outside of office hours
