Location: Based in Scarborough, ON – travel to various job sites required
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | (Average) 8-hour shifts+
Type: Full-Time & Seasonal Opportunities Available

About the Role

We're currently seeking 4 experienced and motivated Vac Truck Operators to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role suited for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and proven vac truck operating experience. You'll be working on a variety of job sites throughout the region, supporting hydro-excavation, environmental cleanup, and other heavy-duty industrial tasks. We work outdoors all-year round.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate vacuum trucks safely and efficiently on job sites

• Assist with hydro excavation, drilling support, and site clean-up

• Perform daily inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles

• Comply with all health and safety procedures and site-specific protocols

• Complete required documentation and reporting

• Work both independently and collaboratively with team members.

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, participate in training, and reciprocate constructive feedback

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with Air Brake Endorsement (AR-Z)

• Clean driver's abstract

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating vacuum trucks

• Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and manual labor

• Knowledge in slinging, drilling, or coring is a strong asset

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting

• Strong attitude toward ongoing learning and professional development

Preferred Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from the main office (Scarborough)

• Valid First Aid certification

• Experience or knowledge in slinging, drilling, or coring is a strong asset

• Grade 12 diploma (or higher)
