What Youll Do

As our Marketing Coordinator, youll be at the heart of our brands voice and visual identity. Your day-to-day will include:

• Crafting and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that turn heads and drive engagement.
• Designing eye-catching graphics for digital and print that reflect our brands personality.
• Creating compelling content for social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.
• Supporting unforgettable eventsfrom community launches to show home openings.
• Keeping our marketing materials fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Tracking campaign performance and sharing insights that help us grow smarter.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Strong communication skills and a flair for storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• A keen eye for detail and a knack for organization.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects with confidence and independence.

• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle to commute to showhomes when necessary

• This role will require occasional weekend availability for showhome events
