Responsibilities

• Effectively use calling and email marketing campaigns to introduce potential customers to our solutions.
• Research accounts and contacts prior to initial outreach to understand the needs of potential customers and educate them on company product and service.
• Provide proactive recommendations and enhancements to boost client success and operational efficiency.
• Become a credible person and develop trusted relationships with potential clients
• Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics and goals

Qualifications

• Driven, results-oriented, and loves working with others to solve problems.

• Ability to manage time in a remote role

• Willing to obtain a professional license (guidance provided)

• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
