Role & Responsibilities

As our Go-to-Market (GTM) Product Manager for the Automotive Business unit at Alchemy, you'll ensure our products are positioned, messaged, and launched effectively across our sales and marketing channels. You'll own the development of sales enablement tools, translate technical product details into compelling value propositions, and drive market research to inform product launches and updates.

You will be a cross-functional connector, working closely with Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure that every new product or model hits the market with clarity, confidence, and competitive differentiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Lead GTM planning for new products, models, and kits - from pre-launch strategy to post-launch performance review.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to define launch objectives, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
    • Ensure that all GTM activities align with the broader Automotive business unit goals.
  • Sales & Marketing Enablement
    • Translate engineering and product specifications into customer-friendly messaging and visuals.
    • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, objection-handling guides, and customer-facing product decks.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to develop product copy, web content, brochures, training videos, and other collateral.
  • Market & Competitive Research
    • Conduct market sizing, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking
    • Gather voice-of-customer feedback to inform future product iterations and new model development.
    • Monitor competitor launches, pricing changes, and promotional strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination before, during, and after launches.
    • Provide market insights to Engineering teams early in the development process.
    • Work with Operations to ensure launch readiness — including inventory, samples, and installation documentation.

In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager of Automotive.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Product Management, or a related role (preferably in automotive aftermarket, manufacturing, or premium consumer goods).
  • Strong ability to distill technical details into compelling, easy-to-understand messaging.
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Comfortable conducting market research and analyzing competitive landscapes.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional projects and launch timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for both detail and big-picture positioning.
  • Proficiency with productivity and design tools (Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Keynote, Notion, or similar).
