We're hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our multi-channel sales team. In this role, you'll engage with prospects in person (door-to-door), as well as through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Whether you're knocking on doors or closing deals through follow-ups, you'll be part of a supportive team focused on delivering value and building trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers via:
- In-person field visits (door-to-door)
- Follow-up phone calls and emails
- Social media messaging and engagement
- Educate customers about our [product/service]
- Track leads and follow through using CRM tools
- Meet individual and team sales goals
Compensation
- Commission-Based (no base salary)
- Bonuses and incentive programs offered
Schedule
- Full-time, flexible hours
- Some evening and weekend availability preferred
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in face-to-face and online conversations
- Organized and persistent in follow-ups
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada
