Our Client
We are working with our Civil General Contractor client to assist in mobilizing a large project near Kamloops/Southern Interior BC. We require a Quality Control Manager experienced in civil works to join our client on this exciting project for a minimum of 6 months.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed quality performance reports.

• Create and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive quality control and assurance plan for the project

• Perform regular site inspections and audits to identify quality issues, non-compliance, and potential risks.

• Verify that all construction activities, materials, and methods meet project specifications, Canadian building codes, and industry best practices.

• Create and maintain detailed records, including inspection reports, audit findings, test results, and non-conformance reports

• Address quality concerns and deficiencies by implementing timely and effective corrective actions

• Facilitate meetings and host discussions with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management to communicate quality-related issues
