Magsen Realty looking for a property manager to assist in managing our company portfolio in the Lower Mainland. Offices located in Vancouver and Richmond. We need an individual who is able to communicate effectively with clients and able to work in a dynamic environment. He/she will also need to have a keen eye on spotting problems. Will include weekend hours.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- conduct showings and inspections of rental properties
- resolving problems
- correspond with landlords and tenants
- correspond with contractors for maintenance and repairs
- filing and data input
- serving notices
- handling dispute resolutions
- report to office manager and coordinate with management team
- respond to after hour emergency phone calls
Ideal Qualifications and Skills:
- time management skills
- problem solving skills
- must have valid BC Driver's Licence
- must have own vehicle
- knowledge in basic computer software e.g. MS Office
- proficiency in English language
- BCFSA property management licence
- ability to communicate in secondary language an asset
