My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and infrastructure projects in critical environments, with a primary focus on data centers. This role requires someone who understands the unique challenges of delivering projects in spaces where uptime, risk management, and strict procedural adherence are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects within live data centers and other critical facilities, ensuring zero disruption to operations.
• Plan and deliver projects such as HVAC upgrades, electrical infrastructure, UPS installations, switch/network gear replacements, and fire/life safety (FLS) systems.
• Lead risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and enforce change management protocols.
• Work closely with operations, engineering, vendors, and contractors to ensure safety and compliance at every stage.
• Drive projects to completion on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability.
• Maintain strict documentation, procedures, and communication to minimize risk and downtime.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in critical facilities, data centers, or high-uptime environments.
• Strong technical understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, UPS, FLS, networking infrastructure).
• Proven track record of managing projects where risk management and uptime are essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
