Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Stud Welder to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding metal studs to various components, ensuring strong and precise welds that meet quality standards. You'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to the assembly of high-quality products and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform stud welding operations on metal components using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality, making adjustments as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure correct placement and weld requirements.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with basic assembly or packaging tasks when required.
Employment Details:
- Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of stud welding experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is an asset, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively.
- You must be reliable, pleasant and can be trained.
- Ability to follow English written and spoken directions.
