We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals who can engage customers in-store and promote President's Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada's most renowned and trusted brands.

Pay Structure:
- Base pay + commission!
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
- Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.
- Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.
- Ensure customers have a great experience through exceptional customer service.
- Engage customers creatively to share the benefits of the products.
- Build positive working relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality while working with customer information.
- Create excitement around the product offerings by being a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales (financial or retail is an asset).
- Comfortable with sales targets, eager to push beyond status quo.
- Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people, with a talent for acquiring new customers.
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and accountability while managing confidential customer information.
- Must be comfortable completing a criminal/credit background check.
- Interest in learning and development through coaching and training.
- Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is a plus.
