Kognitive Sales Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Field Marketing Representative in Stoney Creek. We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals who can engage customers in-store and promote President's Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada's most renowned and trusted brands.

Pay Structure:

  • Base pay + commission!

Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  • Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.
  • Ensure customers have a great experience through exceptional customer service.
  • Engage customers creatively to share the benefits of the products.
  • Build positive working relationships with store personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality while working with customer information.
  • Create excitement around the product offerings by being a subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales (financial or retail is an asset).
  • Comfortable with sales targets, eager to push beyond status quo.
  • Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people, with a talent for acquiring new customers.
  • Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and accountability while managing confidential customer information.
  • Must be comfortable completing a criminal/credit background check.
  • Interest in learning and development through coaching and training.
  • Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is a plus.
