Kognitive Sales Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Field Marketing Representative in Burlington, ON. We're looking for energetic and goal-driven individuals who can create excitement and forge connections with customers in-store. As a representative, you will educate clients about President's Choice Financial Products while embodying one of Canada's most trusted brands.

Pay Structure:

  • Base pay + commission!

Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  • Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers have a great experience.
  • Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information.
  • Create excitement around the product offering by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, particularly in the financial or retail industry (an asset).
  • Comfortable with sales targets and eager to push the status quo.
  • Outgoing and personable, enjoying interaction with people, with a talent for acquiring new customers.
  • Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
  • Strong listening and communication skills; comfortable delivering key messages.
  • High level of integrity and accountability when working with confidential customer information.
  • Willingness to complete a criminal/credit background check.
  • Interest in learning and developing through coaching and training.
  • Reliable access to a vehicle or possess a valid driver's license (an asset).
