Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administration, support and maintenance of the computing environment for the organization.
• Conduct systems implementation, administration, maintenance and upgrades of network & network connected.
• Provide support PCs, workstations, CCTV systems, phone and mobile systems, among other.
• Assist with development and integration projects.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post-secondary education in IT or a related field.
• 5 years related IT Administration experience.
• Experience supporting networks in a Microsoft AD environment, including the use of DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and VPN
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite to assist end-users with issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
