OurCrowd is seeking a standout Lead Generator to join our global Investor Relations team. Someone with the drive, curiosity, and communication skills to connect with accredited investors and introduce them to the world of innovative startups, venture capital, and alternative investing.
As a Lead Generator, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective investors exploring OurCrowd's exclusive platform. You will drive investor engagement through cold calling, email campaigns, lead generation, and follow-up. You'll work closely with Account Managers to move warm leads through the pipeline, while learning how high-growth companies raise capital and scale globally.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential investors via calls, email, and social media to spark interest and build relationships
- Connect warm, qualified leads with Account Managers for deeper engagement
- Interact with investors through regular email campaigns, targeted calls, and discovery meetings to understand their interests and position OurCrowd's opportunities accordingly
- Leverage Salesforce to mine high-potential leads and track engagement
- Prepare reports and updates to keep the team aligned and informed
- Collaborate with senior team members to brainstorm and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Fluent English (read/write/speak) - required
- Strong communication skills and a talent for connecting with people at all levels
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Salesforce experience – advantage
- Prior experience with cold calling, generating new leads, and understanding sales cycles - advantage
- Salesloft proficiency – advantage
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions
- Excel proficiency and comfort working with large datasets
- An insatiable curiosity to learn about business, finance, and innovation
- Resilience in the face of challenges and a positive, team-focused attitude
The annual pay range for this role is $40,000–$50,000 CAD, excluding any additional compensation. The final offer will be based on the candidate's individual experience and skill set. Potential to advance into a Junior/Account Manager role, depending on performance and company priorities.
