The Opportunity

We are seeking a Genesis Valet Conciergea professional who embodies calm confidence, genuine warmth, and pride in delivering a seamless guest experience. This role is all about making every guest feel valued and cared for, often in just a few minutes of interaction. What Youll Do

As our Genesis Valet Concierge, youll be entrusted with creating memorable experiences through thoughtful service and attention to detail.

• Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and care
• Provide valet pick-up and drop-off service with precision and trustworthiness
• Perform vehicle inspections and review work orders carefully
• Assist guests with appointments, feature reviews, and loaner transportation
• Work closely with service and sales teams to ensure a smooth, luxury-level experience

What You Bring

• Background in hospitality, retail, or service industries (automotive experience not required)
• A steady, reliable approach that builds trust quickly
• Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable style
• Pride in delivering personalized, memorable service
• Attention to detail, ensuring consistency in every guest interaction
• Professionalism and care when representing a luxury brand

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am5:00pm (40 hours per week)
