THE ROLE

Are you a skilled hydraulic technician with a passion for working on complex mechanical systems? Were looking for a hands-on professional, where youll play a key role in assembling, maintaining, and servicing industrial machinery. In this role, youll work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, overhead cranes, and precision blueprints, ensuring our equipment operates at the highest level of safety and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Thoroughly understand and comply with Health and Safety, Quality Management Systems and Company policies.
  • Must have working knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics system sizing, component requirements, fabrication of flex and rigid lines, integration and troubleshooting of full systems.
  • Must be technically strong in new and existing equipment.
  • Expert use in large overhead cranes/slinging and forklifts.
  • Must have strong blueprint reading skills.
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 25% annum.
  • To be able to multitask and assist with other roles when required.
  • Ensuring tests and procedures are properly executed, carried out and evaluated.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 experience in machine assembly and or service technician functions.
  • Certification in Fluid Power is an asset
  • Able to lift a minimum 40lbs.
  • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
  • In the absence of supervision, capable of guiding the work needed to achieve the set objectives.
  • Ability to understand and comply with Health and Safety, Quality Management Systems and Company policies.
  • Must have a team driven attitude, work ethic and always present themselves in a professional manner.
