Senior Business Analyst
Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to manage the configuration and lifecycle of Microsoft 365 applications and provide business support and analysis for IP telephony systems in power plant environments.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Document requirements. This involves gathering and documenting detailed business and technical requirements for network and related projects
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and other technical teams to develop detailed solution designs and other project documentation.
  • Write and maintain a test Approach (strategy/plan for functional, integration and user acceptance testing)
  • Create a complete set of test scenarios and prioritize test scenarios to ensure proper test coverage.
  • Create/identify/review and execute manual test scripts.
  • Lead test data requirements and test data creation.
  • Lead test team and defect meetings (confirm that problems are tracked and addressed)
  • Serve as liaison between technical teams and business users for M365 feature enablement.
Your strengths include:
  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Experience managing the configuration and lifecycle of key Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience developing and maintaining governance policies for Microsoft 365.
  • Experience developing and recommending Microsoft Teams custom policies, channel structures, and permission settings.
  • Experience developing conditional access policy user story, user case creation, testing scenarios and results feedback.
  • Experience supporting business operations and user adoption across a hybrid IP telephony environment using tools like SmartTAP, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Contact Centre, and room devices from Cisco, Lenovo, and Logitech.
  • Experience collaborating with IT and vendor teams to configure and maintain Cisco Contact Centre solutions, including call routing logic, agent skill groups, and queue management.
  • Experience participating in vendor evaluation and rollout of SmartTAP recording solutions, ensuring compliance with enterprise call recording policies and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to provide business support and analysis for IP telephony systems in power plant environments, ensuring high availability and compliance with safety-critical communication protocols.
  • Contribute to the design and oversight of call group configurations and emergency call routing, aligned with operational control room requirements and plant safety procedures.
  • Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and optimize IP phone configurations across large-scale industrial environments, balancing performance, user needs, and regulatory compliance.
