What You'll Do
- Respond to investor inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional communication
- Draft, edit, and manage investor updates, materials, and outreach communications
- Support the preparation of proposals and investment decks for prospective investors
- Collaborate on business development initiatives with internal stakeholders
- Assist with coordination of investor meetings and follow-ups
- Maintain a strong understanding of firm offerings, positioning, and market activity
- Experience or familiarity with the exempt market or capital markets space
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone and attention to detail
- Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working directly with senior leadership and external stakeholders
- A valid EMD license or eligibility to register is an asset
- Certificate in CSC
