Responsibilities Overview:


We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Customer Success Strategist to join our 4 person Pricing & Analytics
Team, reporting to the Director of Pricing & Analytics of a private equity backed company. The position is being
filled as a result of strong organic growth to lead data-driven initiatives that enhance our customer relationships
and optimize supply chain performance. This hybrid role combines business intelligence, strategic consulting,
and customer success to deliver high-impact insights to our top-tier clients. Youll be responsible for developing
standardized KPI dashboards, creating customer presentations and identifying win-win opportunities to improve
our clients logistics operations. The ideal candidate wants to analyze data, drive operational improvements, and
make a significant impact at our mid-sized entrepreneurial organization. He/she will have strong attention to
detail, be intellectually curious, driven to succeed, and a great communicator. This is a high-visibility role that
interfaces with senior executives and key accounts.


Primary Responsibilities:


- Develop and maintain standardized KPI dashboards, balancing internal performance metrics with
customer-centric supply chain indicators.
- Lead creation of PowerPoint presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Partner with the Commercial Team to prepare competitive pricing proposals for key accounts.
- Produce monthly KPI reports for high-value accounts, ensuring consistency, clarity and relevance.
- Contribute to development of automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel macros) to streamline reporting
and analysis.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support company initiatives as required
- Document data collection processes across accounts to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of
reporting.
- Benchmark customer KPIs against industry standards to highlight areas for improvement and drive
innovation.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Supply Chain Analytics, or Strategic Consulting
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience conducting executive-level presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management is a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, cost structures, and operational KPIs
