Job Title: Supervisor – Machine Operator

Location: Concord, ON (Jane St. & Hwy 7)

Shift: Afternoon Shift, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Compensation: $20.00/hour to start, increasing to $24.00/hour within the first year

About the Role

We are seeking a safety-minded Supervisor – Machine Operator to lead production operations in Concord. This position involves supervising a small team, operating specialized equipment such as heat presses, printers, and vinyl cutters, and supporting warehouse activities including picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate has a blend of technical skills, warehouse knowledge, and strong leadership ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee production equipment, including heat presses, printers, and vinyl cutters
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members to meet daily production and safety standards
• Support warehouse operations such as picking, packing, inventory management, and RF scanning
• Monitor shipping/receiving activities and ensure accurate documentation and labeling
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and computerized tracking systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate to maintenance when required
• Promote a culture of health, safety, and attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Perform physical tasks such as material handling and setup of production equipment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a machine operator role with leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with heat presses, printers, and/or vinyl cutters an asset
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving, picking/packing, and inventory management
• Proficient with RF scanners and computer systems for inventory and production tracking
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production/warehouse environment
• Committed to upholding workplace health & safety standards
