DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
Assist with prep work, portioning, and inventory management.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Support the Head Chef and other team members as needed.
Uphold high standards of food quality and presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous cooking or food service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safe food handling practices (FoodSafe certification an asset).
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Reliability and a positive attitude.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
