This is a unique opportunity for someone very experienced with maintenance management to take a lead role sharing your best practices approach to managing an organizations maintenance practices.

As our Senior Maintenance Management Consultant, you will be partnering with organizations to help optimize their Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Maintenance (CMMS) practices using our market leading software suite – Azzier.

Ideally, you will spend the majority of your day, in high value conversations as a trusted adviser to one of the most critical business systems our clients operate.

Here is where it gets interesting. You will have direct control over your take home pay. Tired of a fixed salary? Drive more user adoption in our customer base... get paid $$. Expand our clients usage to include functionality they haven't yet purchased... get paid $$. Become a trusted expert advisor to our client and get referred to a new potential client... get paid more $$.

  • You MUST have at least 10 years experience in Maintenance Management.
  • You MUST Communicate fluently and professionally in English via phone, email, and other tools
  • You MUST be able to work from a home office and be accountable for a full 8-hour workday
  • You MUST be able to travel within Canada and the US a minimum 2 weeks out of every month.
  • You MUST have a valid US or Canadian passport, and a valid Driver's License.

Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:

  • Extensive experience with cloud and/or SaaS-based CMMS solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology can improve business processes
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Innovative, fearless self-starter, that enjoys creating innovative ways to get the job done
  • Goal-focused, process-centric, and detail-oriented
  • Disciplined and enjoys a consistent high rate of activity
  • Ability to interact with a client's executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
  • Hands-on experience with one or more CMMS software suites.
  • A mature person with a strong network of connections in Manufacturing, Forestry, Oil & Gas and Food/Beverage is strongly preferred
  • Ability to think critically and analytically
  • Ability to multi-task in an agile, lean environment
  • Willingness to quickly learn new skills and knowledge
  • A sincere desire to do the right thing, driving success for our clients
  • Educate customers on the value of Tero's Maintenance Suite
  • Minimum of 40% Business travel throughout North America is required
  • Develop and execute a professional business plan
  • Coordinate and perform software demonstrations
  • Understand and accept explicit direction
  • Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing customers and referrals
  • Efficiently and competently manage roadblocks
  • On-going account management
  • Develop strong product and industry knowledge
  • Represent Tero at industry events and tradeshows, presenting and attending where necessary

· Base salary will reflect candidate's experience plus commissions on new business and annual performance based bonus
