Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors; manage visitor log
- Answer 60–80 phone calls daily; take and route messages
- Sort/distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
- Manage petty cash and supplier invoicing
- Perform clerical tasks: copying, filing, faxing, supply ordering
- Set up and coordinate customer training events and accommodations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Degree in Business Administration or related experience
- Reception/customer service background
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
- Fast, accurate typing; bilingualism is an asset
- Self-starter with a positive, adaptable attitude
