We are seeking an experienced Director, Line of Business - Building Automation
You will lead the Room Control Enterprise, driving excellence in product delivery, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the business and technical operations of a product development line of business.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, team efficiency, and capital expenditure requests.
- Work closely with Product Strategists and Product Managers on long-term product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with the CTO to refine and execute strategic plans and new product development initiatives.
- Partner with the CPDO to assess inter-enterprise dependencies and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee critical projects and enterprise-wide performance metrics.
- Generate and communicate KPIs, reports, and other performance indicators.
- Lead and drive SR&ED (Scientific Research & Experimental Development) reporting and execution targets.
- Collaborate with other lines of business on product features.
- Build and maintain High performing teams.
- Support Sales teams with technical expertise on new and existing technologies and product enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- MBA or other relevant Master's degree preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and industry experience will be considered.

Internal Job Title: Enterprise Manager of Room Control
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $130,000 - $155,000
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
